HERCULES (High-Performance Embedded Real-time Architectures for Low-Powered Many-Core Systems)

HERCULES project focuses on the development of performance heterogeneous multicore embedded systems to run real-time algorithms. This new platform is demonstrated on the role self-driving car.

The aim is to develop the implementation of cutting-edge scheduling algorithms in real-time industrial quality and their applications on modern hardware heterogeneous multiprocessor computing platforms. The challenge is to combine the demands on computing power of modern algorithms (eg.
