Design and implementation of a system for navigating visually impaired people in the buildings using a mobile phone.

Our system does not require any specialized technical equipment. It relies on mobile phones with voice that visually impaired people commonly use. Navigation system basically works by carefully prepared description is gradually building (individual parts) mediated visually impaired using a normal voice interface to a mobile phone.
