Tactical AgentFly

The project focuses on research and development planning and coordination algorithms to automatically collect information using teams of autonomous unmanned aircraft, both for continuous tracking moving ground objects as well as continuous monitoring of selected areas.

The aim is to propose a method which allows to manage a group of unmanned aircraft at strategic tasks (eg. Monitor the selected area or set of moving objects), without these tasks manually distribute or even drive the actual flight of each aircraft, significantly reduce the demands on support staff. The proposed methods are tested on a detailed simulation of information support tactical missions deployed on AgentFly.
